Hello there. Yesterday when i was driving home from work and had reached Turku and was letting some off my car-poolers off i noticed something weird with the steering of my car. Some moments later my left front tire broke. Drove to the nearest parking lot. I was supposed to go drumming with my friend Rasmus, so he came along with his car to give me a hand with changing the tire to the extra one i have in the back, but we couldn’t get the wheel off, was stuck real bad so i left it there overnight. We still went drumming with his car for a while. This morning i took my bike where my car was parked and to my disappointment i noticed the right front tire is also empty now. So i had it towed to a tire-store and their the also noticed my back tires could give up any moment now. The front ones were looking real bad, i’m so lucky they didn’t break on the highway, that could’ve been disasterous. So this all was very expensive, the towing and four new winter tires. A bit bummed out about that, since we’re saving money for the new apartment but better this way than my car crashing on the highway, would’ve been way more expensive then. My guardian angel’s where there with me. Better safe than sorry, that’s true. Soon i’m picking Melanie up and we’re spending some time together. I have nightshift today, two of those and then a bit longer free. On saturday we’re going to see Monitors Alive play live at the already legendary TVO right here in Turku rock city. Now i’ll go.

Moving On

Howdy! Sorry for a long break but lots has happened since. We had Endrive practise some days ago and they were great, we’re working on some new tunes that will blow your mind. The ep “As we abandon everything” will be out soon along with a t-shirt, check out www.endrivemusic.com for more details. Also we have some shows confirmed so go to the schedule section on my website for more info on those. So it’s 100% official that i’m moving into the new apartment on February 15th. Me and Melanie are going to IKEA for some serious shopping of furniture and other goodies, this apartment will end up looking great. Maybe a PookiTV cribs, haha. I am going now to relax with some dvd’s so i’ll see you soon, hopefully sooner this time. Take care all of you!

Hello everyone. Yes, now it is official, i am moving out of this apartment on February 15th and moving in to a bigger apartmen, yay, finally. Lately i’ve been very annoyed by this little place, especially when there’s mostly two of us here, the walls are falling in, but soon i’m outta here. We were supposed to have Endrive practise yesterday and as psyched i was about that, they got cancelled. Don’t kwno the reason, just recieved an sms that some or someone couldn’t make it. I’m about to go to work soon, in 30 minutes or so, slept a really long night so i should be ok today. Luckily yesterday was the last morning shift in a while again, they’re so annoying. But now i will go get ready. See you soon again!

Things I Refuse To Do

Howdy. I haven’t been so often writing here latelyl and i’m sorry for that, some kind of writers block i’ve been having, hehe, no but seriously – lack of inspiration, there’s no use to write if you don’t really have nothing to tell. I woke up some 20 minutes ago (4.20 am now) and soon i’m going to work. I’ve slept a good 7-8 hours so i should be able to perform well at work today. Me and Melanie were watching at this apartment i told you about in the last post, but it didn’t meet our requirements so we let it go. Now we went and looked at another one, about 2km from the centre and we got it. We move (well officially first only me, Melanie will officially move in when her aupair is over by the end of June later this year) in in the middle of next month. This is a 53 m2 apartment in a nice neighbourhood with two rooms + kitchen and bathroom. We’re also having Endrive practise later today which i’m looking forward to, been a while since. We’ve been working on some new killer songs that you will hear some beautiful day. Now i will go and make myself ready for work, so see you soon again. Over and out!

Howdy doodle everyone! Here i am once again. Got home from work some while ago. Today was an very laidback day, not much work and i was teaching a newcomer the same job i do. On monday i met up with my friend Liam, has been a long time since i had seen him and yesterday i went jamming on the drums to Endrive’s rehearsal place with Wilho, my drummer-friend. I don’t feel very creative journal-writing-wise at the moment, don’t know why really so i will give up. I will get back to you tomorrow maybe i’ll get something more down. See ya!

Savvy?

current music: tv noises in the background

Hey there everyone. Been some days but i’ve been enjoying my free days from work, which will end soon as i’m going to work for a wonderful morning shift tomorrow. I just went to fuel my car so i don’t have to do it at 4.40am tomorrow morning in the cold. It’s getting colder here in Turku, at the moment it’s -8 degrees (celsius) which is fine by me, i like this kinda weather. Yesterday me and Melanie watched ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’, the first two movies and soon we’ll watch the third one, i haven’t seen them before. The first one was great, the second not so good. I hope the third one will be a good one, i have high expectations. So i will go now and have some food and then to enjoy the movie. See you soon again, toodle-oo!

Not Just A Hatrack My Friend

Howdy everybody, it’s me again here. Just sitting down for a while to relax and soon i’m going to wash some dishes and then go and rent a movive for tonight. I have now 3 days (plus today) off from work and will enjoy them for sure. New years at work was ok, the night went really fast and at midnight we were outside watching the Salo fireworks (we could see them all the way to the factory) and had alcohol free champagne and potato chips. People had brought candy and chips to the coffee room for everyone to have so that was nice. But i would’ve much rather been home shooting fireworks with Melanie. Now i will go and enjoy the evening.
